COLUMBIA, TN., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is extending an invitation to home buyers, first time buyers and prospective sellers to an Informational Workshop at the company's Columbia branch office. The program will be held Thursday July 24, 2008 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the Columbia branch office located at 1118 Nashville Highway.
The seminar will provide free professional advice and information to prospective buyers and sellers who are considering a purchase or sale in today's tricky housing market.
"We are very excited and confident that the evening will be tremendously useful and informative to any buyer, first-time homebuyer and local seller who is unsure about getting into the housing market at this time of uncertainly," said Cathy Goodman, a Sales Associate in the Columbia branch office.
