BRENTWOOD, TN.- If just the thought of delicious homemade sweets gets your mouth watering, the Realtors at the Crye-Leike, Realtors Mt. Juliet office want you to put your money where your mouth is next week.

 

On Tuesday, September 18 the office is hosting its 4th Annual Martin Cummings Sweet Tooth Auction to benefit the United Way of Wilson County and the Mt. Juliet Senior Center.

 

"Homemade pies, cakes, cookies and any other kind of delicious dessert you can imagine are going to be auctioned off to the highest bidder," said Kim Rios, Managing Broker of the Crye-Leike, Realtors Mt. Juliet office. "We anticipate having anywhere from 50 to 75 desserts going up for bidding."

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Stuart M. Moore has joined the Fairview Tennessee branch office located in Fairview Tennessee.

 

Moore will serve the real estate need of buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Hickman and Maury counties. He is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.  Moore has been in the real estate business for two years and specializes in farms, land and residential properties.

 

"Helping people make their dreams come true regarding one of their biggest investments in their lives is what's attracted me to the real estate business," said Moore.

 

Moore and his wife Allison have been married for 15 years and have two children, Lillian (10), and Wyatt (6).

Crye-Leike Realtors will construct a new office building in Bella Vista at the corner of U.S. 71 and Benton County Road 40.

 

Financial terms were not disclosed, but the Memphis-based real estate company said in March it would spend approximately $8 million in the next three years constructing four new offices in the two-county area.

 

Construction on the new site will begin in the next two months and should be completed by February 2008. Harrison-French and Associates of Bentonville will provide the architectural and engineering services for the project.

 

Crye-Leike, the nation's fourth largest real estate company, came to Northwest Arkansas earlier this year with plans to hire 150 agents in 2007 and increase to 400 in the next three to four years.

BRENTWOOD, TN., Crye-Leike, Realtors Little Rock Arkansas based Executive Broker Cassie Wells is pleased to announce the redevelopment and upcoming grand opening of the new Mid-Town Condos.
