Sheri Woodard-Bryan Appointed as New Managing Broker of Ridgeland, MS Office
BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Sheri Woodard-Bryan, GRI has been appointed as the new Managing Broker of the company's Ridgeland Mississippi branch office.
Woodard-Bryan has been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers as a Realtor since 2003 in and around Madison, Rankin and Hinds counties, specializing in new construction, residential and relocation.
Woodard-Bryan is a second-generation Realtor. Her mother, Bettye Pierce was the owner and Managing Broker for Bettye Pierce Realty in Yazoo City for more than 25 years and has been nominated to the Mississippi Realtors Hall of Fame.
In the Ridgeland office Woodard-Bryan manages 35 Realtors. She is a member of the Jackson Association of Realtors, Madison Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
As the mother of four grown children, Woodard-Bryan has been a perennial multi-million dollar real estate producer.

He is a member of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Childress specializes in residential real estate transactions with a focus on foreclosures.

CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS SMYRNA OFFICE PRESENTS CHILI COOK-OFF FUNDRAISER
Brentwood, TN.- The Crye-Leike, Realtors Smyrna office will hold its 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007 to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Smyrna and The Master's Touch Academy.
"This fundraiser is something that we all look forward to and it allows us to come together as an office and raise money for special community organizations," said Crye-Leike Smyrna agent Cindy Speer.
The Chili Cook-Off is the office's main fundraising event where agents bring in crock-pots of chili and sell them by the bowl. This year, the office will raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Smyrna, who is trying to build a new building, and for the Master's Touch Academy, a school for special needs children. A silent auction of gift items, monetary donations and desserts for sale are also included to help raise money for the occasion.
