Crye-Leike Associate Earns Brokers License
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that David N. Truong of the Crye-Leike Realtors Quail Hollow branch office, located at 6525 Quail Hollow Road has received his broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Truong met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Candidates must hold an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum period of time, and must successfully complete 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 of which must be an office or brokerage management course at a TREC approved school.
