Fall Branch resident George Coates will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Washington, Sullivan and Greene. As an associate with the Johnson City branch office, located at 128 Princeton Rd., Coates specializes in all areas of real estate, and is a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.

 

Heather Overdorff will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Megis County, as well as the surrounding counties of McMinn and Monroe. As an affiliate broker, Overdorff is associated with the Athens location of Crye-Leike, at 580 South Congress Pkwy., and specializes in residential real estate. She is a member of the National, Tennessee, Knoxville Area, and River Counties Associations of Realtors.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Bob Geabhart and Eleanor Wilbanks have become affiliated with the Arlington branch office, located at 9943 Highway 64 and Houston Levee. As new partners, they will be joining the Crye-Leike team of Ronnie Lee and Associates, together selling Southern Serenity Homes in the areas of Oakland, Arlington, Lakeland and Collierville.

 

As an affiliate broker, Geabhart specializes in residential, investment properties and church property real estate, and will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Shelby and Fayette counties. Barron is affiliated with the Maumelle branch office, located at 123 Audubon Dr. Specializing in residential resale and new construction services, he serves the needs of both buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Pulaski and Faulkner. LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Mark Hamby has been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Tennessee Association of Realtors, under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors. The GRI designation is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.

 

Through the Realtor Institute program, real estate professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, technology and other real estate topics. The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients. Successful graduation from the GRI program in Tennessee requires successful completion of at least 90 hours of course work and five written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken.

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, Tennessee's largest real estate company and the 6th largest in the nation, is expanding its branch office operations westward into Dickson, Tennessee in response to predictions by the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations of a 30 percent population growth over the next 15 years.

 

"We see opening a Dickson office as an opportunity to selling more rural types of real estate like horse farms, farmland and Tennessee River property," stated Harold Crye.  "Our Dickson office will provide full real estate services all the way west to the Tennessee River as well as service the counties between our Clarksville and Columbia offices to the north and south.  Adding a Crye-Leike branch office in Dickson creates a gateway to the surrounding counties of Cheatham, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, and Montgomery."
