NASHVILLE, TN.- Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike's Smyrna branch office has been named 2006 Realtor of the Year by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR).

 

The Realtor of the Year award is given annually to the GNAR Realtor member who has made the most significant contribution to the real estate profession and industry.  For the second consecutive year, Cooke was named Crye-Leike's 2005 "Top Producer of the Year," serving more than 100 families annually. "Kendra truly deserves this honor, and I am very excited that she is being recognized for her tremendous efforts in the real estate industry," said GNAR President Christie Wilson.  "Not only has Kendra shown extraordinary dedication to her business and clients, she is also very involved the Realtor Association and in her community. CRYE*LEIKE FRANCHISES RECOGNIZES TOP SALES GROWTH

 

BRENTWOOD, TENN. -Crye*Leike Batesville Real Estate Center of Batesville, Arkansas, received the 2005 Rising Star Award - West Region, for phenomenal sales growth.  Having achieved an astonishing 204% growth in sales from the previous year, Crye*Leike Batesville Real Estate Center closed 2005 with sales in excess of $9,322,000.
