Crye-Leike Rolls Out Free Homebuyers Guide to Middle Tennessee Market
NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is excited to announce the launch of its new Homebuyers Guide - A valuable resource for Middle Tennessee homebuyers and sales associates.
Expected to hit various retail locations the first week of April, this free-to-the-consumer full-size magazine will offer homebuyers a complete full-color visual of all Crye-Leike listings and sales associates. "We'll be producing close to 25,000 magazines," stated Regional Marketing Director Keith Sullivan. "You will be able to find them in 120 outlets, including such Middle Tennessee locations as Kroger, K-Mart, Bi-Lo, Harris Teeter, and of course all Greater Middle Tennessee Crye-Leike branch offices." Associate Henrietta McCroskey Earns Buyer Representative Status
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Crye-Leike sales associate Henrietta McCroskey the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
