LITTLE ROCK, ARK. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the Nation's 10th largest real estate company, announces the recent opening of the new Maumelle branch office, located at 123 Audubon Drive; a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.

 

The new Crye-Leike? Maumelle location occupies 6,000 square feet of office space, with an additional 4,000 available to lease.  "This is an exciting opportunity to support the growing needs of our community," commented Managing Broker Mary Peyton.  "We currently have 24 agents and office personnel working hard for our Maumelle community.  This new location affords us the opportunity to grow to over 45 agents."  Company officials plan to lease the remaining 4,000 square feet to third parties or real estate related businesses such as a mortgage company or a title & escrow company.

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Joy Dixon of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.

 

To become eligible for the examination, Dixon met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate.  Broker candidates must hold an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum period of time, and must successfully complete 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 of which must be an office or brokerage management course at a TREC approved school.
