Crye-Leike Reports Record Sales of $5.6 Billion in 2005
MEMPHIS, TENN. - Tennessee based Crye-Leike, Inc., the nations 10th largest residential real estate company and the largest in the Mid-South, posted a record sales year of over $5.6 billion in 2005; the highest sales performance in company history.
Founded in 1977 by partners Harold Crye and Dick Leike, Crye-Leike has experienced a consistent growth pattern over the past 29 years. "Your attitude determines how successful you are," Dick Leike announced to the nearly 3000 sales associates at the Company's annual January meetings before revealing the 2005 sales figures. "It's your drive and your positive and inspiring attitude that allow us to succeed as a team."

Crye-Leike Rebuilds Murfreesboro Branch Office to Support Area Growth
BRENTWOOD, TENN. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the opening of the newly expended Murfreesboro office, located at 1139 North West Broad Street; a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.
The new Crye-Leike? Murfreesboro location occupies 8,000 square feet of office space, with an additional five suites available to lease. Managing Broker Scott Boles commented that 42 active agents will be relocating to the new office from the Murfreesboro Church Street location, and that there is room for an additional 28 agents. "This is an exciting opportunity to support the growing needs of our community," Boles said. "Realty Title will occupy one of the adjoining suites to offer our customers and clients even greater service and convenience."
