Crye-Leike Agents in Greater Chattanooga and East Tennessee Honored as Multi-Million Dollar Producers
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announced at its recent quarterly meeting the achievement of seven of its Greater Chattanooga area sales associates as life members of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that exemplifies their outstanding sales performance over a five-year period while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.
Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club is a membership of over 700 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who are recognized annually for individually selling in excess of $2 million and meeting other stringent requirements as set forth by Crye-Leike to achieve its annual total sales volume of $4.6 billion. There are 346 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have earned life member status among its sales force of 2,800.

Crye-Leike's Ron Littlefield Elected Mayor of Chattanooga
Chattanooga, Tenn. - One of Crye-Leike, Realtors' own, Ron Littlefield of Brainerd, was recently elected mayor of Chattanooga, garnering 54.11 percent of the vote in a race that was expected to be neck and neck with Ann Coulter, who received 45.76 percent of the vote.
Littlefield's broad experience in Chattanooga city planning and economic development, his longtime City Council and City Commission memberships, and his involvement in regional, state and national governmental programs were qualifications that brought him to victory, say campaign organizers.
Littlefield has been a sales associate of Crye-Leike, Realtors and affiliated with its Commercial Division since 2001. Crye-Leike Realtors is the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South.
With four years of commercial real estate under his belt, it's a career Littlefield will have to put on hold but will aid him in his new role as mayor.

Crye-Leike's Melonie Carideo Becomes a Broker
Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Melonie Carideo of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Carideo met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
Carideo, a Hixson resident, is a full-time broker affiliated with Crye-Leike's East Brainerd branch office, located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road.
