Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its top sales producers for 2004. These Realtors have achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its East Tennessee Region. The rankings are based on closed gross commission income.

Jay Robinson of Crye-Leike's Downtown Chattanooga branch office was named Crye-Leike's 2004 Producer of the Year within its East Tennessee Region, the fourth year in a row Robinson has held this title.

Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer in 2004 was Judy Allen of Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office, followed by No. 3, Sandi Hennon of Crye-Leike's Signal Mountain branch office.

Other Crye-Leike sales associates who ranked among the Top 20 sales producers in 2004 within Crye-Leike's East Tennessee Region include:

Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its Top 25 sales producers for 2004. These Realtors have achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its Central Arkansas Region. The rankings are based on closed gross commission income.

Nedra Plumlee of Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office was named Crye-Leike's 2004 Producer of the Year within its Central Arkansas Region.

Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer in 2004 was Cece McKay, followed by No. 3, John Rogers, both of Crye-Leike's Hinson Road branch office in Little Rock.

Other Crye-Leike sales associates who ranked among the Top 25 sales producers in 2004 within Crye-Leike's Central Arkansas Region include:

Memphis, Tenn. -  Harold Crye and Dick Leike, co-owners of Crye-Leike, Realtors, recently sold six of their investment properties to a local investor for $4.02 million.

Long-time local investor Lawrence Migliara of Memphis made a group deal with Crye-Leike's co-founders to purchase six Crye-Leike office buildings in exchange for long-term leases on four of Crye-Leike's existing properties that currently house operations for its branch offices in Hickory Ridge, midtown Memphis, Whitehaven and an office on Austin Peay.

"The sale was strictly an investment deal," said Crye. "We saw an opportune time to get cash out of our existing facilities so we could re-invest those monies into continued growth. For example, we have outgrown our office space in Hernando, Miss. and need to build a bigger office building there, and we are expanding into Spring Hill, Tenn. Our history shows that we do not close branch offices; we grow them."

Judy McLellan of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis was named Crye-Leike's 2004 Producer of the Year within its West Tennessee Region, an achievement she has maintained for the past eight years.

Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer in 2004 was Mary Ann Tapp of Crye-Leike's Arlington branch office, followed by No. 3, Leigh Anne & Terry Boyd of Crye-Leike's Olive Branch office in Mississippi.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors has named Kendra Cooke as its top sales producer for 2004, achieving the highest volume in sales within the company's Middle Tennessee Region. The ranking was based on her closed gross commission income and is the second time in a row that Cooke has attained this distinction.

Cooke, a full-time broker and vice president of Crye-Leike, is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Smyrna branch office, located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway, where she also holds the ranking as her office's top sales leader for 2004.

With over 16 years of real estate sales experience, Cooke serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Rutherford County as well as the surrounding counties of Davidson, Wilson and Williamson. She specializes in residential real estate, new homes construction, luxury properties, and buyer representation.
