Chattanooga, Tenn. - Barry Hamilton of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the only nationally recognized distinction for buyer's agents.

As an accredited buyer representative (ABR), Hamilton will specialize in real estate buyer representation. The ABR designation demonstrates to Hamilton's clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that 266 of its 2,800 sales associates have qualified to attend its 28th annual Sales Leaders' Retreat, awarded each year to Crye-Leike's top producers who have met stringent sales performance incentive criteria over a one-year period. This year's company trip is a four-day, three-night stay in Las Vegas, Nevada from March 17-20, 2005.

"Crye-Leike is one of a select few real estate companies in the nation that rewards its top producers at this magnitude," says Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer. "These individuals are to be commended for helping Crye-Leike achieve a record sales year of over $4.6 billion in 2004, the highest sales performance in company history."

This 2004 sales figure represents Crye-Leike's sales associates handling 29,581 closings within a six-state region, an 18.5 percent increase from the year prior.

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its top branch office producers for 2004 within the company's 21 corporate offices in West Tennessee.

These Realtors achieved the highest volume in sales within their branch offices and were recognized for their outstanding sales performance at Crye-Leike's recent annual meeting.
