Nashville, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in November 2004.
To become eligible for the examination, Cooke met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
Cooke is a full-time broker, associated with Crye-Leike's Smyrna branch office, located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway. Nashville, Tenn. - Memphis-based Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, has signed a franchise deal in Jackson, Tenn., Madison County.
Crye*Leike The Coach Approach Realty, LLC, owned by Brent Cooper, Jodie Parrish and Michael Taylor, is one of 21 offices to join Crye-Leike's franchise network.
Crye*Leike The Coach Approach Realty will accommodate up to 21 sales associates. Its sales force will specialize in relocation and in marketing residential properties, commercial investment properties, farms, land and auctions to buyers and sellers in Madison County as well as within the surrounding counties of Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Gibson, Hardeman, Haywood, Henderson and Weakly.

Smyrna, Tenn. - The Smyrna branch office of Crye-Leike, Realtors is sponsoring its Fourth Annual Food Drive on December 9, 2004, to benefit the Smyrna-LaVergne Food Bank.
The public is invited to help those in need by bringing non-perishable food items to the Crye-Leike Smyrna branch office, located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway West.
Convenient drive through is available on December 9th in Crye-Leike's parking lot from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Additionally, to boost donations, Crye-Leike will accept non-perishable food items now and up to the day of the event, says Event Chairman Kendra Cooke, a Crye-Leike sales associate and broker.
"The number of families in need has increased so much this year," said Denise Esker, director of the Food Bank in Smyrna who reports an increase of over 100 clients a month from last year.

Nashville, Tenn. - Jimmy Settle of Crye-Leike, Realtors in Clarksville, Tenn. has completed the Realtors Land Institute's course on creative land planning.
Settle is a sales associate affiliated with Crye-Leike's Clarksville Sango branch office, located at 2204 Madison Street in Clarksville. He serves buyers and sellers in Montgomery County as well as in the surrounding counties of Robertson and Stewart.
