Nashville, Tenn. - The 98-acre property in downtown Spring Hill that has remained undeveloped since 1986 is finally getting the attention it deserves.
Harold E. He purchased Town Center, a 98-acre mixed-use development that surrounds Spring Hill City Hall, in November 2003.
His plan calls for "adding more roof tops so Spring Hill residents can call downtown ?home,'" says Crye.
Construction has begun on the development of 103 home sites on 33 acres of this 98-acre site, located adjacent to Spring Hill's City Hall. Contractors are in the process of installing the water and sewer lines for these home sites.

Diane Stem, a sales associate with the Hermitage office of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been named the recipient of the Tennessee Association of Realtors 2004 Good Neighbor Award.

Eight years ago, Stem lost her 16-year-old son to a killer she had then never heard of - inhalant abuse. Immediately after his death, she said she was determined to do all she could to prevent another family from losing a child in such a senseless way.
Two weeks after her son's funeral, Stem allowed a Nashville TV station to air a segment on her son's death. It was her first forum to warn others on a local level.
Since then, she has worked with t...
