Memphis, Tenn. -  Jan Jaeger believes there are no coincidences in life, just chances that are supposed to happen. This belief in destiny is what has prepared Jaeger to change people's lives for the better. And it is this passion for community service that has brought her recent recognition.

Jan Jaeger, a sales associate affiliated with Crye-Leike, Realtors, was honored recently for her community service work in Fayette County by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR).

Jaeger received the 2004 MAAR Community Service Award for Realtors in recognition of her volunteerism with Bridges, Inc., the Fayette County Literacy Council and the Episcopal Church.

She has volunteered with Bridges, Inc. since 1994 and most recently, served as co-chairman of Bridges, Inc.'s "Bridges to the Future" Campaign, which raised $12.5 million. Her husband, Mike, served as part of this leadership team.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces the affiliation of Kim Pennington as an affiliate broker in its Goodlettsville branch office, located at 917 Conference Drive in Goodlettsville.

She has been a resident of Pleasant View, Tenn. since 1996 and markets residential properties to buyers and sellers in Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson and surrounding counties. Pennington speaks Spanish and has acted as a translator for the Spanish speaking community.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Realtors, Pennington was in the neurosurgical health care industry for six years.  She is a registered dental assistant and has a bachelor of fine arts degree in dance.

Pennington graduated from Hendersonville High School in 1992 and from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. in 1995.

Pennington is a member of the National and Robertson County Associations of Realtors.

Crye-Leike Auction Services announces that it will hold an auction and bake sale to benefit United Way, the largest single provider of funding for health and human services in our community and in the nation.

The auction will be held at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2004 at Crye-Leike's Hermitage branch office, located at4723 Andrew Jackson Parkway.

Crye-Leike asks the public for assistance in this charity event. Individuals may purchase items to be sold or donate items in good condition, donate services for auction, bake an item to be sold, donate cash to be used for purchasing items for sale, and invite others to attend.
