Crye-Leike Opens Franchise Office in Cookeville, Tenn.
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, has opened a franchise office in Cookeville, Tenn., one of 18 offices to join Crye-Leike's franchise network.
Crye*Leike of Upper Cumberland is located at 1400 Neal Street in Cookeville, the county seat of Putnam County. Its sales associates will specialize in relocation and in marketing residential properties, commercial investment properties, farms, land and auctions to buyers and sellers in Putnam, Overton, Cumberland and White counties.
Cookeville, population 26,000, is located 79 miles east of Nashville and 101 miles west of Knoxville at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Highway 111 in the Upper Cumberland Region of Middle Tennessee. Crye-Leike, Realtors has one other franchise office located in the Upper Cumberland Region in Crossville, Tenn., Cumberland County.

Crye-Leike's Lynette Magee Elected to Mississippi Real Estate Commission
Memphis, Tenn. - Lynette Magee of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been elected by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to serve as its chairman for a one-year-term as of July 1, 2004.
The Mississippi Real Estate Commission, located in Jackson, Miss., administers control over the real estate industry in the state of Mississippi, licensing all real estate brokers and salespersons. As chairman, Magee will work to protect the consumer by setting forth a set of rules for its licensees, and will promulgate the investigation of rule violations and unethical practices.
Magee serves as managing broker and sales manager of two Crye-Leike branch offices in Southaven and Hernando, Miss. She is responsible for the sales management, recruitment and training of 51 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate in DeSoto, Marshall, Tunica and Tate counties in Miss.

Crye-Leike's Mary Suto Promoted as Manager of Green Hills Office
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. announces the promotion of Mary Suto to managing broker and sales manager of Crye-Leike, Realtors' Green Hills branch office, located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue.
Suto is responsible for the recruitment and sales management of 34 sales associates who market both residential and commercial real estate to buyers and sellers in Davidson and Williamson counties. Crye-Leike's Green Hills branch office is one of 20 branch and franchise offices in nine counties that Crye-Leike of Nashville operates in Middle Tennessee.

Crye-Leike Expands Its Property Management Services into Little Rock
Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has expanded its property management services into Little Rock, Ark., a move that adds to its regional presence in Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga.
Jeff Bell of Heber Springs, Ark. has been named vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike Property Management of Central Arkansas to lead in this effort, announced Harold E. Crye, owner and chief executive officer.
"For the past 20 years in business, Crye-Leike Property Management has built a reputation for maintaining cost-efficient operations, while continuously improving its level and quality of service," said Crye. "We intend to bring that same level of success and customer service to Central Arkansas."
