Brentwood, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors has named Kevin R. Joiner as vice president of national franchise sales & development of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., a real estate franchisor subsidiary of Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company based in Memphis, Tenn.

Joiner will lead Crye-Leike's efforts to expand its franchise operations into new markets throughout the southeastern region of the United States. He will be adding to Crye-Leike's existing base of 19 franchises in 18 counties within a five-state region in Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Joiner, a resident of Murfreesboro, will be working out of Crye-Leike's regional headquarters in Brentwood, Tenn. where Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc. is headquartered.

Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc. is ranked as the 18th largest headquartered franchisor in Tennessee in 2003 by the Nashville Business Journal.

Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike, Realtors is doing its share to help the American Red Cross. It has collected 48 pints at its recent blood drive held at Crye-Leike in Mt. Juliet and is holding another blood drive in Brentwood with hopes to exceed that goal.

Crye-Leike's next blood drive is scheduled for Wed., July 21, 2004 from 10 am to 3 p.m. at Crye-Leike Brentwood West, 5111 Maryland Way in Brentwood, located on the corner of Ward Circle and Maryland Way and one-half block west of the YMCA Maryland Farms. Blood donor visitors will be eligible to win free Wynonna Judd concert tickets as well as a dinner for two at any Logan's Roadhouse.
