Nashville, Tennessee - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that William "Chris" Foutch of its Murfreesboro branch office has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors.

The ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation, demonstrates to clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Nashville, Tenn. -  Jimmy Settle of Crye-Leike, Realtors in Clarksville, Tenn. has been elected as an accredited land consultant (ALC) member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).

Settle joins an elite group of land real estate specialists who are recognized throughout North America as experts in their field. To attain this distinction, Settle met stringent experience and knowledge requirements in the intricacies of land transactions which has prepared him to assist buyers and sellers in making informed real estate decisions.

Settle is a sales associate affiliated with Crye-Leike's Clarksville Sango branch office, located at 2204 Madison Street in Clarksville. He serves buyers and sellers in Montgomery County as well as in the surrounding counties of Robertson and Stewart. Johnson City, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors recently announced the achievement of two of its Johnson City sales associates who qualified as members of Crye-Leike's 2003 Multi-Million Dollar Club:

The two-day course, offered by Crye-Leike, Realtors corporate wide as in-house training for its sales associates, included segments on architecture, appraisal, custom construction, insurance and finance issues. Also included were on-site showroom consultations with interior and exterior design and engineering professionals as well as bus home tours through select neighborhoods and luxury properties that focused on architectural design and the history of the neighborhood.
