Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike, Realtors is one of several real estate companies within the Middle Tennessee area selected to serve as business hosts to a Russian delegation of owners and top managers of private Russian real estate businesses who arrived in the United States on Friday, April 5, 2002.

The non-English speaking delegation of real estate entrepreneurs are in Murfreesboro to receive crash immersion courses from their counterparts on real estate management strategies. They will attend an intensive three-week business training program about the U.S. real estate industry from Sat., April 6 through Sat., April 27, 2002. The program is designed to provide useful and practical business management information that the delegates can adapt to their Russian situation and use to make their real estate businesses more efficient, productive and successful.

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors' Spring Spectacular Showcase of Homes, to be held Sunday, April 14, 2002 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the Greater Memphis area, is offering a drawing for a free appraisal and credit report from 1st Trust Bank for Savings' Mortgage Lending Division, valued at around $400.

Crye-Leike's showcase of residential properties is part of its company-wide Sunday open houses that will feature over 1,000 homes for sale over a three-week period within Crye-Leike's Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga markets.

To be eligible for the drawing, individuals must sign in at any Crye-Leike open house held on Sunday, April 14 and be a qualified buyer upon executing a purchase contract and submitting a completed mortgage loan application with 1st Trust Bank for Savings' Mortgage Lending Division. Memphis, Tenn. - With spring upon us and the home buying fever in the air, Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, is putting a different twist on a traditional approach to selling residential properties. Crye-Leike is planning a company-wide Sunday open house that will feature over 1,000 homes for sale over a three-week period within Crye-Leike's Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga markets.

Called "Crye-Leike's Spring Spectacular Showcase of Homes," the Crye-Leike promotion will showcase their residential properties for sale on Sunday, April 14 in the Greater Memphis area; Sunday, April 21 in the Greater Nashville area and Sunday, May 5 in the Greater Chattanooga area.
