Nashville, Tenn. - Edith H. Johnston, affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors, was recently presented the company's Customer Service Award at its annual meeting in January for demonstrating a passionate commitment to unsurpassed service to her clients.

Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Realtor Thomas J. Williams as sales manager of its Smyrna branch office, located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway West in Rutherford County. He is responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of 47 sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Rutherford, Davidson, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties.

"Our Smyrna branch office provides real estate marketing and relocation services to buyers and sellers of new and existing homes, lots and land as well as provides special assistance to first-time home buyers and builders, " said Williams.

Chattanooga, Tenn. -  The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Linda Cunningham, ABR, GRI, CPPS, an affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors, successfully passed the December 2001 real estate broker licensure examination which entitles her to receive a Tennessee broker's license and is hereafter referred to as broker.

To become eligible for the examination, Cunningham met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker, and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Ron Harmon, a Realtor and 20-year real estate veteran, as managing broker and sales manager of its Green Hills branch office, located at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue.

A Williamson County resident, Harmon previously served as managing broker and sales manager of one of Crye-Leike's Rutherford County branch offices for three years. He is responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of 75 sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Davidson and Williamson counties.

Harmon was affiliated with Crye-Leike, Realtors as a sales associate for six years before joining Crye-Leike's management team in 1999. Prior to joining Crye-Leike, he spent 10 years in shopping center development.
