Construction Begins on Crye-Leike Plaza: New Location for Crye-Leike in Olive Branch
Memphis, Tenn. - Construction has begun on a Crye-Leike business park in Olive Branch, Mississippi, Crye-Leike Plaza, which will include a new location for Crye-Leike's Olive Branch office. Located in DeSoto County, the new site is three blocks west of Crye-Leike's current location at 7289 Goodman Road.
The 4.4 acre site, located at the corner of Whippoorwill Drive and Goodman Road, includes the construction of two one-story buildings, built in an "L" shaped configuration, with a total of 26,077 square feet of Class A office space.
Building I will have 11,778 sq. ft. Of that total, 7,800 sq. ft. will be occupied by Crye-Leike's Olive Branch office. Realty Title will lease the adjoining space. Building II will have 14,299 sq. ft. of available leased space that is zoned retail.
