Nashville, Tenn. - Dave Beson, CRS, GRI, a nationally recognized speaker and real estate sales trainer on marketing, negotiating and selling, will be the keynote speaker at Crye-Leike's Nashville quarterly meeting on Tuesday, July 17, 2001, 8:30 a.m. at the Airport Marriott Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
His topic, "How to Put the Profit in 2001," will include discussions on: building a profitable referral base; securing referral and repeat business; eliminating the competition in listing interviews; cutting advertising costs and improving offers; and leveraging profits with profit-making technology tools. Beson will make the same corporate presentation at the company's quarterly meeting in Memphis on July 10 to Crye-Leike's 1,100 sales associates from the greater Memphis, Arkansas and Mississippi areas.

Chattanooga, Tenn. - Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, will address the company's 300 sales associates from the Greater Chattanooga area and North Georgia at its July quarterly meeting on Tuesday, July 24, 2001, 8:30 a.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Chattanooga Choo-Choo, 1400 Market Street, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Quarterly meetings were concurrently held in Memphis and Nashville where Crye addressed Crye-Leike's remaining 1,900 sales associates from Arkansas, Mississippi and the greater Memphis and Nashville areas.

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 13th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced today the introduction of a new value-added service, Crye-Leike Home Services, the first of its kind in the area for Crye-Leike customers and sales associates in Greater Memphis, Arkansas and Mississippi. The announcement was made by Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye at a special kick-off meeting in Memphis of Crye-Leike's 1,100 sales associates who serve West Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Nashville, Tenn. - What once looked like a neglected and insignificant residence is now showing signs of transformation. Demolition of interior walls has begun on Crye-Leike, Realtors' newest branch office in Gallatin, Tenn., located at 1184 Nashville Pike (Highway 31).
The one-acre parcel, which includes a vacant one-story house, is the second conversion in this residential rezoned commercial neighborhood of Gallatin, the county seat of Sumner County. Upon completion, Crye-Leike will have two branch offices in Sumner County with the other currently located in Hendersonville.
Adding Gallatin to Crye-Leike of Nashville's list of branch offices will bring the total to 21 offices within eight counties in Middle Tennessee: Davidson, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson and Williamson counties.
